Refunds and Returns
We accept unopened bottles of Glazed Sunless for returns and allow returns within 7 business days of receiving. You must ship to return address on label and provide tracking number by email in order to receive a refund on your product, glazedsunlesscs@gmail.com.
If you have questions or or need help with your product- please email us, it is our job to support you and provide any troubleshooting.
Lost Orders
Glazed Sunless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your order and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Any potentially lost or stollen mail should be reported to the shipping carrier via USPS or UPS website via claim in which they will either locate or refund the total price of your package.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation/tracking, this will have the most current tracking information regarding your package.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Glazed Sunless processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please check your email for shipping notifications and tracking information.
After your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for any potential delays on delivery or missing/lost packages. Please file a claim with the carrier.
