rder Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. During high-volume sales periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped and is no longer in our possession, responsibility for delivery and tracking transfers to the shipping carrier and buyer.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating directly with the carrier regarding delivery delays, holds, rerouting, or missed deliveries.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any order placed during those times will begin processing on the next business day.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Glazed Sunless is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are always happy to help guide you, once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
